Talk is cheap, but people are saying the theme for 2-26/27 is going to be the "me decade", as Tom Wolfe called it. What song could our Aussie rock , in your opinion?

A couple of songs that come to mind are" Maggie May " a Rod Stewart classic,that I think Michael would do well with ,or " Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress " or how about " Imagine " by Lennon ? I honestly think he could take any song and make it work ! Just some of my thoughts !

Same here!! He sang it so well.. it was beautiful. I would love to hear Michael take that song on. Hear something slower from him.

i think he definitely needs to slow it down this week and show off that he's just as good at ballads as he is at rocking our socks off.

So I was reading on another forurm and someone there said that this week's theme is 80's songs but I thought for sure 70's was this week and 80's ws next week. Maybe I'm wrong...or maybe the other forum was wrong. Just thought I post that...so this week's theme may or may not be 70's music.
