Just wanted to introduce myself...Merit from Hawaii. I've just discovered Michael yesterday thanks to Youtube and became an instant fan. I don't get a chance to watch AI due to my work schedule so I'll be relying on you, guys to keep me up to date...and Youtube, of course.

Hi Travis,it's my pleasure ! I'll be stopping by often.I do believe Michael may win the whole thing.If he is consistant in his performances an stands out,which he does and keeps it real he can't lose. He just set the stage on fire when he started singing and out performed everyone the first night.

yup i 100% agree with you. i still think his only competition and whole different performer is david archuleta...even though he may not have as strong of a voice, he has SO many fans

David may be his only competition because of his fanbase,but Michael will out perform him every time ! David has a pleasant enough voice,but he doesn't excite ! You need to be able to do both to succeeed,if the audience doesn't feel it then it's to no avail because the music hasn't done what it should. Michael does have both,plus a great stage presence.I agree they are totally different ! So what did you think of the elimination? No surprises here !

Jason is good too,he's got a nice quality to his voice ! There is definitely a lot of talent this year.
